Information Book
The Tokyo Disney Resort Information Book for Guests with disabilities is available (in Japanese and English versions) as a supplement to the Tokyo Disneyland Guide Map and the Tokyo DisneySea Guide Map.
Services to Support Guests with Disabilities
Services are available for Guests with special needs due to a disability (including temporary disabilities) . These services are provided to alleviate some of the challenges that Guests with disabilities may have in the Parks. Eligibility and contents differ depending on the service.
Please note that Guest Assistance Cards are no longer available at the Parks.

Eligible Guests:
Guests who have difficulty standing in line
・Guests holding either of the following certificates issued by the local government of Japan.
Physical Disability Certificate, Mental Disability Certificate, Medical Rehabilitation Handbook, Recipient Certificate for Welfare Services and Supports for Persons with Disabilities
- Guests from outside Japan are requested to present a certificate equivalent to those listed above.
- Physical disability does not include injuries (fractures, sprains, etc.) and pregnant guests.
The eligible Guest must be accompanied by a member of their party:
Persons with visual, mental, or developmental disabilities must be accompanied by an able-bodied member of their party to experience an attraction or a Disney Character greeting.

Each member of your party requiring assistance must register in order to use this service. Please contact a Cast Member at the attraction.
Please present a disability certificate along with all of your party’s Park tickets.
Please present the Park ticket used to register for the Disability Access Service to the Cast Member at the attraction or Disney Character greeting location.
Guests who have difficulty standing in line for a long period will be able to wait at a separate area, along with thier party, instead of in the queue until the designated time (you may not be able to experience the shows or presentations at the queue area).
You will not be able to experience another attraction or Disney Character greeting while using this service.
- Please make sure to bring your disability certificate (the original document, not a copy, or an App for the disability handbook) .
- Your picture will be taken for verification during registration.
- This service is not intended to shorten your wait time at an attraction or a Disney Character greeting location.
- Depending on the degree of assistance needed or specific conditions at an attraction, your wait time may be longer than that of the Guests standing in line.
- Guests will not be able to experience an attraction if they do not meet the boarding requirements.
- At an attraction, this service is valid for up to six persons (yourself and five members of your party). At a Disney Character greeting location, this service is valid for up to ten persons (yourself and nine members of your party). If the number of persons in your party is more than six or ten respectively, the excluded persons may be asked to wait in line and meet you at the boarding or greeting area.
Eligible Guests:
Persons in wheelchairs, persons of advanced age, expectant mothers, and persons with disabilities.
Please present your Park ticket to the Cast Member at an attraction or a Disney Character greeting location.
Guests who have difficulty standing in line for a long period will be able to wait at a separate area instead of in the queue until the designated time (you may not be able to experience the shows or presentations at the queue area).
All other members of your party are requested to remain in line. You will be able to rejoin your party inside the facility.
You will not be able to experience another attraction or Disney Character greeting while using this service.
- This service is not intended to shorten your wait time at an attraction or a Disney Character greeting location.
- Guests will not be able to experience an attraction if they do not meet the boarding requirements.
Audio Information CD (in Japanese only)
Japanese language CDs explaining each area's themes and atmosphere and introducing its attractions, restaurants and shops are available.
Braille Guidebook (in Japanese only)
This guidebook includes textured maps showing the layout of Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, with descriptions for the attractions, food and merchandise facilities, and restrooms. This guidebook is useful to check the location of each facility.

Stationary Tactile Maps (in Japanese only)
Stationary maps detailing the layout of all Park facilities through tactile information are available at Tokyo Disney Resort.
Scale Models
Scale models of the attractions are available at Tokyo Disney Resort.
At Main Street House in Tokyo Disneyland or at Guest Relations in Tokyo DisneySea, Guests may request to touch and handle the models to get an idea of what the shape of attraction seats, and special features of the attractions. Guests may ask to handle the models at the attractions as well.
Character Scale Models
Scale models of the Disney characters are available at Tokyo Disney Resort.
At Main Street House in Tokyo Disneyland or at Guest Relations in Tokyo DisneySea, Guests may request to touch and handle the models to get an idea of what the Disney characters look like.
