If Members of Your Party Become Separated

Inside Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, the Lost Children facilities will care for lost Children who are age 11 or younger and those with mental disabilities. For Guests 12 years of age or over who become separated from their party, please contact the nearest Cast Member.

Central First Aid

When you feel unwell or need first aid assistance, please contact the nearest Cast Member. You will be shown to a first aid facility for treatment.

If you are under any medication, be sure to bring your medicine with you.
AED (automated external defibrillator) equipment is available in various areas of Tokyo Disney Resort, including First Aid.

Multi-function Restrooms for Guests Using Wheelchairs

Wheelchair-accessible restrooms that have more space and that have facilities for ostomates are located throughout the Parks.

Personal Care Space

A private space is available for guests who require physical and psychological care.

Tokyo Disneyland:
Located near Stroller & Wheelchair Rentals

This guest service facility is only available at Tokyo Disneyland (and not available at Tokyo DisneySea).

Rental Wheelchairs / Motorized Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs can be rented at the Stroller & Wheelchair Rentals counter inside the Parks. Plesase use the rental wheelchair only in the Park. Motorized wheelchairs are available and can be rented by Guests age 18 and over (numbers are limited).

- Please do not consume alcoholic beverages when operating a motorized wheelchair rented from the Park.

Viewing Entertainment Programs

Viewing areas for Guests using wheelchairs (including strollers as wheelchairs) are available at the viewing areas of designted shows, parades, and theater attractions. Guests wishing to take advantage of this service should refer to the "Tokyo Disneyland Enertainment Today" and "Tokyo Disney Sea Enertainment Today" pamphlet for details. or contact a nearby Cast Member.

Area for Guests in wheelchairs

There are designated viewing areas that allow Guests using wheelchairs to enjoy an unobstructed view of shows.

Tokyo Disneyland

Viewing areas for Guests using wheelchairs (including strollers as wheelchairs) are available at the viewing areas of designated shows, parades, and theater attractions.Please contact a nearby Cast Member for details.

- From October 25, 2021, the viewing area will be relocated to the area in front of Maurice's Cottage due to construction. Please contact a Cast Member for details.

Tokyo DisneySea

Guests will be conducted into the area starting from the front row in the order of their arrival.

The fencing is moved forward and down to allow an unobstructed view of the show for Guests seated in their wheelchair.
