Service changes
- Starting November 1, 2024, the Standard Floor and Ambassador Floor will be consolidated, and some of the services provided at the Ambassador Lounge will be changed. Also, the number of Family Rooms will be increased, and the name of some of the guest rooms will be changed.
- From November 3, 2024, Tick Tock Diner (deli cafe) will be open for breakfast. The Hyperion Lounge in the lobby will only be open as a cafe and for cocktails.
Notice of temporary closure of the Ambassador Lounge and the end of sales of some of the guest rooms
From October 22 to 31, 2024, the Ambassador Lounge will be closed in order to make changes to this lounge. Due to this, Ambassador Floor guest rooms will not be available for booking during this period.
