This shop offers original Tokyo Disneyland Hotel items found only here, as well as Tokyo Disney Resort merchandise. This is the largest Disney Shop within the Disney hotels.

Located in the lobby, the Reception counter handles check-in and checkout procedures, sells Park tickets, accepts letters and cards for delivery to the post office, and provides various other services. Guests are welcome to drop by at any time.

At the Bell Desk located in the lobby, Guests can have their baggage stored, book seats for the airport limousine bus, and ask any questions they may have during their stay. Guests are welcome to drop by at any time.
- Baggage storage before check-in and after checkout
- The Bell Desk cannot store notebook computers or other fragile electronic equipment. Please use the Storage Lockers for laptop computers found in the safe deposit room on the lobby floor.

The Marceline Salon is for the exclusive use of Guests staying in a Suite or Concierge Room.
Guests can check in and out, and enjoy a beverage, in a salon with a spacious and relaxing ambience.
- Breakfast will be served at Dreamers Lounge or Sherwood Garden Restaurant. The restaurant will depend on your guest room type and accommodation plan.
- Guests staying in one of the following rooms may choose to have breakfast served in their room.
Concierge Disney's Cinderella Room, Disney's Magic Kingdom Suite, Walt Disney Suite, Concierge Deluxe Room (Park View), Concierge Balcony Room (Park Grand View), or Concierge Balcony Alcove Room (Park Grand View).

This outdoor pool is themed to the Disney classic film Peter Pan.
Upon walking through the entrance decorated with topiaries of Peter Pan and Captain Hook, Guests will see the pool and a fountain featuring the tick-tocking crocodile from the film. A setting place for a summertime adventure.

Prices listed are per day. Re-entry is allowed if it is within the same day.
- Adult (ages 12 and over): ¥3,000
- Ages 4 to 11: ¥1,000
- Children ages 11 and under must be accompanied by a guardian at least 16 years of age. The accompanying guardian is not required to be in the water with them. (Admission fee: ¥3,000).
- The pool is for the exclusive use of hotel guests.
- Children age 3 or under are admitted free.
- Lockers and towels are available free of charge.
- Admission may be restricted during periods of high attendance in order to ensure safety. Therefore, there may be times when Guests are unable to use the pool even if it is open.
- Please be aware that due to inclement weather or other conditions, the pool opening hours may be changed or canceled without prior notice. We thank you for your understanding.
- To prevent contagion, children who are not toilet trained, persons who are unwell, and those with symptoms of vomiting or diarrhea will not be allowed to enter the pool. Children who are not toilet trained are not allowed to play near the water or use the showers in the pool area. The use of swim diapers is also not allowed.
- Re-entry is allowed if it is within the same day. However, please be sure to check out of the hotel before 12:00 noon.
- Children ages 7 and above must use the changing room of their own gender.
- Please refrain from using the locker rooms solely for the purpose of changing your clothes to attend the events at Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea.
- Inflatable tubes and other toys are not allowed. Complimentary arm floats are provided.
- Please do not bring your own food or beverages into the facility.
- Guests with tattoos may be requested by the hotel to cover their tattoos with a rash guard or other garment.
- Please refrain from entering the pool area only to walk or take a look around.
- Smoking is not permitted in the Misty Mountains Pool area.

Guests can make their own Souvenir Medallion with an exclusive hotel design using the Medallion Maker located next to the public telephones. Take home a souvenir medallion as a memento of your visit to the hotel.

Located on the lobby floor (third floor), this facility can be used to nurse infants and change diapers.
Coin laundry is available in Tokyo Disneyland Hotel for the use of Guests staying at the hotel. Guests can wash and dry their laundry here. (fee required).
- A room key is required to enter the Laundry Room.
Gardens
This garden is inspired by the Disney classic film Fantasia.
It features Mickey as the Sorcerer's Apprentice and the water-carrying brooms from the film.
Decorated with topiaries in the shape of card suits, Alice's Garden is themed to the Disney classic film Alice in Wonderland.
Guests can relax and wander around this wonderful dream-like garden.
A beautiful Victorian-style garden with geometrically arranged shrubs.
Featuring a pond and a gazebo, the garden is just perfect for a pleasant, relaxing stroll.
- The garden is for the exclusive use of hotel Guests. A room key is required to enter the garden.
- The garden may be closed at certain times.
The atmosphere of World Bazaar at Tokyo Disneyland is also found in this cheerful courtyard, where topiaries of the Disney character give a heartwarming welcome to Guests.
